My order for the cosmelan peel never showed up. I sent the seller proof of my payment and asked when it would be sent out. Not a single email came from them. Communication is super important for any business, and this felt like a scam site. Thankfully, I used PayPal, so I managed to get a refund after disputing the seller due to their lack of communication and updates on my order, especially since I paid for express delivery!

Got it on time, could follow the package, and the results were fantastic.

I’ve had a rough time with this shop. My order hasn’t shown up and there’s been no communication from them. They don’t reply to my emails. I really wish I hadn’t chosen this place. If my order isn’t here by Friday, I’m heading over to get my money back. It’s been nearly two weeks now.

I ordered a product and, after a few days, got an email saying there were issues with stock and staff shortages, which meant they couldn't send it to me. Not the best experience for a first-time buyer.

27Jan23: Just to clarify, my earlier review was based on my genuine experience. I didn't mean to throw shade at Pretty Glorious. To my shock, they decided to respond to my feedback in a really aggressive way. It's hard to believe. I've never seen such childish and unprofessional behavior from a business.

29Jan23: Another thing to add is that I still haven't gotten my refund! So, to sum it up, my dealings with Pretty Glorious have been as follows: I bought the product on 29th Dec 22, got an email on 04th Jan 23 from them saying they'd refund me due to staff shortages, and here we are on 29Jan23, still waiting for that refund. Had to file a dispute with PayPal. What’s your move on this, Pretty Glorious?
